Corporate Tax Filing

Compute, file and pay your corporate tax accurately — claiming every relief you’re entitled to.

Overview

What this service covers

Once registered, businesses must file an annual corporate tax return with the FTA and settle any tax due within the deadline. Accurate computation — applying small business relief, free zone rules and allowable deductions — is essential to stay compliant and avoid paying more than you should.

We prepare your tax computation from clean, reconciled records, apply the reliefs and exemptions you qualify for, and file your return correctly and on time — with guidance on payment and record-keeping throughout the year.

Ideal for: registered companies approaching their first or annual corporate tax return.

FAQs

Corporate Tax Filing — frequently asked questions

When is my corporate tax return due?+
The return and any payment are due within nine months of your financial year end. For a year ending 31 December 2025, the deadline is 30 September 2026, filed through the EmaraTax portal.
Do I still file if my profit is below AED 375,000?+
Yes. A corporate tax return must be filed even when no tax is due — the 0% threshold reduces the tax, not the filing obligation.
What is Small Business Relief?+
It is a relief that can treat eligible businesses as having no taxable income where revenue stays within the set threshold for the period. We check whether you qualify and apply it correctly.
How long must I keep my records?+
Businesses must keep accounting records and supporting documents that back up the return, and the FTA can review records for up to seven years.
